Refund Policy

1. Consultation and Medication Pricing

The price displayed on each product page covers both the telehealth consultation with a licensed healthcare provider and the medication itself, if a prescription is issued. No medication is dispensed without provider approval.

2. Refunds for Non-Approval

If you are not approved for treatment after your consultation, you will receive a full refund of the medication portion of your payment. The $75 consultation fee is non-refundable.

3. No Refunds After Prescription Is Issued

Once a prescription has been issued by a licensed provider and submitted to the pharmacy for fulfillment, the order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. This applies regardless of whether the medication has shipped.

By completing your consultation and submitting payment, you acknowledge that a prescription, if issued, will be processed immediately and that no refund will be available at that point.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with your order information. Refund requests are typically reviewed and processed within 5–10 business days.
